Course is not certified
$1 will be donated by Run N Tri Outfitters to Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry for each person who registers for the 5k distance.
Roads will not be closed: This means at times you will be running with the follow of traffic and also against the flow of traffic. Please watch for direction arrows and listen to volunteer directions.The start/finish line will be on E. Owens Ave located across the street from Wake Forest Town Hall. Water Stations:
There will be one water station on the 5K about halfway.
Porta-Potties: Located at the start/finish line. There are NO porta-potties on the course.
Time Limit:
Runners will have a time limit of 2 hours: must be cross the finsh line for the 5k by 10:15 AM
Any runners remaining on the course after the time limit will no longer be considered race participants and will be required to follow pedestrian laws. Official times, medals, and post-race amenities cannot be guaranteed for runners who finish after the time limit.
