Event Details:
- Date: June 8th, 2024 @ 9:00AM; Kid's Fun Run: 8:45 AM
- Virtual Run Date: June 1st-15th
- Kid's Fun Run: A Free 400 meter out and back race for kids of all ages. The Kid's Fun Run will start at 8:45 AM and wrap at 9 AM.
- Start/Finish: Biggs Drive & Goode St, Raleigh, NC 27603, just off Lake Wheeler Road in Dix Park
- Cost: Early bird entry- $30 until December 31st, $35 until March 31st, $40 until May 19th, and $45 until race day.
- Swag: A Run For Love 5K medal + beer from Trophy Brewing Co.
- Tee shirts sold separately. Tee shirt sizes are unisex. Ladies please size down (i.e. XS = S)
- Awards. Top 3 overall will win cash prizes of $300, $200, and $100. Age group award winners will receive gift cards from Runologie. Overall Masters, and Grand Masters will receive gift cards from Runologie.
- Strollers are allowed.
- PARKING:We are expecting a very large crowd for the Run for Love 5K. That being said, we need participants to plan their parking accordingly. Carpooling is highly recommended.
Street parking can be found in the neighborhood of Trophy Maywood. Designated parking spots are available in Dorothea Dix Park and highlighted on the map below:
